Bible Study and Prayer Groups -- Band of Brothers: All men of the church are invited to be a part of this group that meets Monday nights in the Garden Room from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. for a time of study, sharing, fellowship and fun. For more information contact Pastor Dave at the church office or dpeters@mpowercom.net. -- Tuesday Evening: Open to anyone interested, this Bible study group meets on Tuesdays from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. in the Garden Room. These studies stand alone, so come when you can and miss when you must. Starting September 14 will be a 12-week journey in the New Testament books of I Timothy and Titus. For more information contact Pastor Dave at at the church office or dpeters@mpowercom.net. -- Wednesday Afternoon Women’s Bible Study: Beginning September 22 at 3:30 p.m. in the Garden Room, the current 11-week study of Acts and the Epistles traces Paul’s life from childhood to martyrdom looking at how his life can give you a renewed appreciation of servanthood and at why Paul said, “To live is Christ and to die is gain.” -- Thursday Morning Women’s Bible Study: The women of the church meet for a pre-luncheon Bible study on the first Thursday of the month. -- Presbyterian Women Bible Study Circles: All women are welcome to the Bible Study Circles which meet once a month in different homes. Study books are available at the meetings. The Morning Circle meets on the 4th Thursday of the month at 10:00 a.m., the Afternoon Circle meets on the 4th Thursday of the month at 1 p.m. And the evening circle meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. For locations, please call the church office at 982-8811.
return to top of pageWomen’s Association All women of the church are invited to a monthly luncheon at noon in Hart Hall on the first Thursday of each month (except summer). Bring a salad or $5.00 to cover expenses and enjoy inspirational programs and friendship. The group also plans and supports service projects for the church and for missions. Also plan to attend the pre-luncheon Bible study for women at 10:30 a.m.
return to top of pageMen’s Bible at Breakfast All men are invited to a great breakfast at 6:15 a.m. On Wednesday mornings in Hart Hall followed by a Bible study. You will be out by 7:30 a.m. in time for work or to enjoy the day.

return to top of pagePromise Keepers This is a national Christian movement at which, once a year, men from all over an area join together at a nearby venue to hear Christian motivational speakers and music and to affirm the values of Christian manhood. Those attending continue to meet for Bible study, prayer and encouragement. This year’s local conference, “Uprising -- The Revolution of a “Man’s Soul”, was held in San Diego on October 1-2. Women of Faith Conference return to top of pageOnce a year in September, women from all over Southern California come together at the Arrowhead Pond in Anaheim to renew, refresh, rejoice, relax, receive, reconnect, recharge and revitalize. return to top of pageYacht Club Mariners Meeting the first Friday of each month in Hart Hall at 6:00 p.m., the older adults of the congregation enjoy programs, food, laughter and fellowship.
return to top of pageWindjammers This adult group meets the second Saturday of the month for a variety of fellowship events such as progressive dinners, Mystery Night, picnics, Whoopee game night or car rallies. They also sponsor and participate in service projects for the church. return to top of pageCollege & Young Adults The goal of this group is to develop a community that provides opportunities for fellowship and discipleship to those who are post-high school and pre-middle age whether they are single, married or have young families. The purpose is to get to know others in the church with whom you might not otherwise be acquainted. Dates, times and arrangements are set up at the convenience of each group.
